• After course commencement: No refund for unused sessions

• Instructor unavailability
• Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, students will receive a full refund or option to transfer to another course.

8. Attendance and Makeup Policy

8.1 Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is essential for course completion. Students must maintain at least 80% attendance to receive course certification.

8.2 Makeup Sessions

Makeup sessions may be available for excused absences, subject to:

• Advance notice (minimum 24 hours)

All students must adhere to our code of conduct:

• Respectful behavior toward staff and other students
• No discrimination, harassment, or abusive language
• Appropriate dress code for in-person classes
• No recording of classes without permission
• Compliance with online platform guidelines

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tallinn Learning Academy OÜ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Technical issues with online platforms
• Personal injury (except as required by law)
• Theft or damage to personal property

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
